Sleepy's Sagging Mattress

I just had back surgery in January 09, and I purchased an expensive mattress from your store. The saleswoman talked me into a softer mattress than I wanted, saying it is the one that I needed. It's only been a couple of months and it is sinking right where my spine is and it hurts so much to sleep. I have spent many nights on the couch. It's a shame that you can do this to innocent people. I have read many reviews on your company now and it all seems to be the same complaint. I would like a refund!
